Submission Information:

Full Paper Submissions:

  • We welcome original and unpublished research for full paper submissions.
  • Please submit electronically (DOC or PDF) through the Online Submission System.
  • Previously published papers or those under review for other conferences/journals will not be considered.
  • The official language of the conference is English, and papers should be submitted in the language they are written.
  • Full papers must be expected min 8 pages- max 12 pages  including abstract, tables, figures, and references. Please follow the provided conference format.
  • Accepted full papers will be presented at the conference and published in the proceedings.

Abstract Submissions:

  • We also welcome 200-300 word abstracts for presentations without publication in the proceedings.
  • Previously published papers or those under review for other conferences/journals are not eligible for abstract submissions.

 

Submission and Registration:

  • All submissions and registrations will be completed through CMT.

 

Online Conference:

  • Please note that ICE2025 will be held online over Zoom.

Originality and Ethics:

  • All submitted articles must be original and previously unpublished research, either experimental or theoretical.
  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and considered academic misconduct.
  • Plagiarism violations will result in:
    • Rejection or deletion of the article from publications.
    • Reporting the violation to the authors' supervisor(s) and institution(s).
    • Reporting the violation to appropriate academic ethics and research funding agencies.
