Final Publication Policy and Author Decision

Important Notice: Proceeding Book vs. Journal Track Publication

Dear Authors,

Please note the general publication policy for all accepted papers:

  • Papers NOT selected for the journal track will be published as Full Text in the conference proceedings book.

  • Papers selected for the journal track (as yours is) must follow the decision process below.

We require your explicit decision regarding the publication path for your selected paper. You must choose one of the following two final publication paths:

  1. Full Text in Conference Proceeding Book (Default if No Response): If you decline the journal track opportunity, your paper will be published as Full Text in the conference proceedings.

  2. Abstract Only in Conference Proceeding Book (Journal Track Opt-In): If you accept the journal track opportunity, your paper will be considered for evaluation by the selected journal. In this case, only the abstract of your paper will be included in the conference proceedings. The authors must then submit an extended version of their paper, formatted according to the selected journal’s specific guidelines, directly to that journal.

We kindly request that you indicate your preference for publication in either a journal or the proceedings book.
